Intervention Assertive Community Treatment for Women of Color (I-ACT for WOC)

By testing and identifying infected women of color I-ACT aims to ensure timely access to and retention in quality HIV care and treatment. The intervention is a team approach crossing multiple disciplines (such as primary health care, oral health, case management, psychotherapy, food service and substance abuse) to provide HIV care and treatment and while overcoming barriers to accessing and remaining in treatment.
