Linkage and Retention is a program designed to target HIV infected individuals that are either lost to follow up or in danger of falling out of care. These individuals must be funded to receive HIV services under the Ryan White Care Act – Part A.

This program works closely with the county Ryan White case managers and other key points of entry systems (STD clinics, counseling and testing agencies, blood bank) to identify and bring (back) to care individuals in need of Ryan White services, particularly HIV primary care.
