On Friday, April 17th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Dapur Asian Tapas and Lounge located on 1620 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, Care Resource is hosting a community fundraiser to benefit AIDS Walk Miami.

With each paid twenty-dollar admission, guests will receive a complimentary beverage and passed hors d’oeuvres from 6:00-9:00pm.  In addition, there will be live raffles for a 40″ HDTV, an android tablet and a hotel stay in West Palm Beach.

According to Edi Mulyanto, owner at Dapur Asian Tapas and Lounge, “Care Resource is one of the best organizations we have worked with. Their tireless efforts to give back to the community are undeniable. I am happy that they chose to have a fundraiser for their AIDS Walk here at Dapur.

The HIV/AIDS crisis is still in full-effect here in South Florida. There is still a need for increasing our community’s awareness, education, prevention efforts and pursuit of treatment, all with the goal of reducing the spread of this condition.  I encourage the community to come out to Dapur Asian Tapas and Lounge and support us on April 17th and to also come visit our Broward County office located on 871 West Oakland Park Boulevard. Our team sure knows how to put the ‘CARE’ in Care Resource. ” – Evelyn Ortiz-Morales, Senior Medical Case Manager with Care Resource
