Care Resource provides client centered linkage to care services to anyone who is newly diagnosed with HIV or has dropped out of HIV care for any reason. Our specially trained staff will help mobilize individual strengths to ensure you or your loved one reconnects to life saving care. We utilize the Anti-Retroviral Treatment and Access to Services (ARTAS) public health strategy for multi-session linkage assistance.
